Defamation

Slander and libel is the communication of a statement that makes a claim, expressly stated or implied to be factual. It is usually a requirement that this claim be false and that the publication is communicated to someone other than the person defamed.

Slander refers to a malicious, false and defamatory spoken statement or report, while libel refers to any other form of communication such as written words or images.

So, seeing as my words can be backed up by court official reports, police reports, social worker reports, medical reports, etc., They are not false, but factual.

Ergo, if one does not release the name of the person they are writing about, so keeping it anonymous, then that person cannot file a lawsuit. I’m keeping it anonymous, but they know who they are.
